What Is a Restoration Anchor?

A Restoration Anchor is a simple practice, rhythm, ritual, or form of self-study that helps you stay connected to yourself in real life.

It is not about creating a perfect self-care routine or adding more pressure to your schedule.

It is about identifying what helps you decompress, listen inward, tend your energy, and remember that you matter outside of what you do for others.

Your Restoration Anchor may include journaling, prayer, music, movement, quiet time, reflection, reading, grounding practices, or another form of intentional care that helps you return to yourself.

During the Restoration Integration portion of the session, we will gently explore what currently supports you, what may be missing, and what one simple anchor you can carry with you after the session.
