Meet Whitney Inez—Your Soulful Growth Navigator

I work with women who are not starting over, but returning to themselves.

I’m Whitney Inez, founder of Soulful Growth Academy, where I serve as a Soulful Growth Navigator.

I help women reconnect with themselves through Reiki, reflection, and grounded practices that support steadiness in real life. My work is for women who have been carrying a great deal, rethinking what fits, and wanting a more grounded way to live, relate, and move forward.

Many of the women I work with are emotionally perceptive and aware that something in their lives is asking for a different rhythm. They are not looking for a quick fix. They are ready to build a more consistent practice of restoration.

Soulful Growth Academy is a space for restoration. It is where Body, Mind, and Soul are welcomed back into conversation.

What Shapes My Work

My work is informed by three strong teachers: social work, spiritual practice, and nature.

My social work training taught me to see suffering in context and to think systemically. It helped me understand that suffering is rarely only personal; family dynamics, community conditions, and larger social structures shape it. That training opened my mind and heart to the reality that people often need guidance, support, and context—not just willpower—to work their way through what they are carrying.

My spiritual practice taught me discernment and helped me reconnect with the soul within. It gave me a deeper language for presence, ritual, reflection, and the quieter forms of knowing that do not always fit neatly into conventional frameworks.

Nature taught me to slow down, broaden my senses, and listen differently. It reminds me that wisdom is not always loud. Sometimes it arrives through rhythm, observation, stillness, and respect for what is already alive.

How I Work

I do not approach people as problems to fix.

My work assists women in:

  • Noticing relational patterns

  • Understanding what they have been carrying

  • Reconnecting with themselves

  • Building grounded practices that support the life they want to live now

This work may include Reiki, reflection, journaling, meditation, values work, boundary work, and practical guidance for returning to yourself with more clarity and steadiness.

Who This Space Is For

Soulful Growth Academy is for women who are:

  • carrying a lot — family responsibility, role overload, grief, or life transition — and ready to reconnect with themselves

  • sensitive to energy shifts and wanting a grounded way to understand what they are noticing

  • rethinking their spiritual life, inherited beliefs, family rules, or identity

  • noticing patterns in family, work, or relationships that no longer fit

  • wanting a grounded space for restoration, reflection, and practice

This is not a crisis space. It is a space for women who are ready to notice, reflect, and practice something different.

Why I Created Soulful Growth Academy

I created Soulful Growth Academy because many women know how to keep going, but not how to return to themselves.

They know how to be responsible, capable, helpful, and resilient. What often gets lost is the part of them that needs quiet, truth, care, and room to hear what is real.

This work exists to create space for that return and to encourage women as they reconnect with themselves.

A Few Things I Love

  • I’m an avid reader and lifelong student. I love learning about family systems, energy awareness, personal development, ritual, and the many ways people make meaning of their lives.

  • I enjoy journaling, metaphor, nature, and practices that help people feel more at home in themselves.

  • I also believe growth should be grounded. It should be lived, not just talked about.
